BIM in its purest (and optimistic) form is what inspired me first time back in 2014, and since then I’ve been a strong advocate for practical BIM implementation bringing real value.
I’d like to note that EVERY value and rule of this manifesto is important and only abiding by a convenient few won’t be beneficial to the overall process. On the other hand, making conscious effort to implement all of them on every project and make these values and principles a second nature would not only fulfill the ultimate purpose of BIM, but would also promote design automation, healthy work-life balance and clash-free design development.
